Question:
What do I need to run Attendance://Master?

Answer:
Attendance://Master is a web application which runs on a centralised server. So to use it, all you need to be running Internet Explorer 6+ or FireFox 1+ and a Broadband connection.

Question:
What happens if Attendance://Master goes down?

Answer:
We monitor our servers 24/7 to ensure that they are running and on a daily basis back up the data and store it offsite in the unlikely event of fire. Very few small business have these facilities available to them. 
Also note: the system maybe taken down for maintenance purposes. All operators will be notified in writing of such events, and will be scheduled outside your normal operating hours(Generally between 11pm to 4am in the morning Australian Eastern Standard Time).

What support do you provide as part of the service?

Answer:

Phone and email support at the following times:

Monday - Friday
9am to 6 pm

Call back service
7am to 9am 
6pm to 8pm

Weekends and Public holidays
Call back Service 7am to 8pm.

Do you support Mac?

Answer:
Yes. Mac users can use FireFox to access the system.

Question:
Why do you only support Nokia Series 60 3rd Edition phones only for the phone interface?

Answer:
Accessing the internet via mobile phones has only started to take of since the advent of 3rd generation mobile technology. This has meant that the browsers on phones have only really started too advanced, and we found that the Nokia browser provides a suitable platform in which we could provide a efficient application.

How can I get my customer database if I decide that Attendance://Master is not for me?

Answer:
Customer information is always your property, and will provide a copy of you customer list at anytime you request. We understand that Attendance://Master may not be for everyone, however we are confident that this situation is the exception and not the rule.

I believe I have requirement/feature that are not covered in Attendance://Master, will you build them in?

Answer:
Please feel free to contact us to see if we don?t already have your requirement/feature. We don?t guarantee that we meet every single requirement for every business has, however if we can see merit in such a feature we would look at providing a timeline to possibly integrate such a requirement/feature. As time passes you may find Attendance://Master will have features that meet new requirements as your business grows and changes.

Question:
How long does it take to setup Attendance://Master and how much does it cost?
Answer:
This does depend on the size and complexity of your business. Below is an outline of what happens in the setup process:

1. First we look at a start date in which you wish to go live with the Owners and Administrative staff.
2. We need to you to refine your customer into a list that includes all the relevant contact details as well as what plan that is already on.
3. We then add all the plans that you offer and import the customers to match up with the plans that have been created.
4. Then we create all the sessions and relevant information such as notifications.
5. We then add plans to the customer and go through and adjust them accordingly.
6. Then once we have the relevant information in place prior to the live date we show the staff how they enter attendance and other relevant data.
